West Lake Park is a 620 acre facility offering four lakes for fishing and/or swimming. A boat dock, parking lot, handicap fishing dock, beach area, and paddle boat rentals are available for the water enthusiast. For the landlubbers - the park offers picnic facilities, playground areas, modern restrooms and two campground areas with electrical, water, and/or sewer hook-ups. Both camping areas have handicap accessible comfort stations.

The event is held at the QCCA Expo Center at 2621 4th Avenue, Rock Island, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday / Noon to 8:00 P.M. on Friday / 9:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M. on Saturday / and 10:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. on Sunday. Come visit the Scott County Conservation staff and Rangers at our booth!
