Bill Fennelly, former Scott County Treasurer (1995-2018) passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Our condolences to the Fennelly Family.

Service will be Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Saint Paul’s Catholic church 916 East Rusholme St. mass at 11:00 a.m.  Lunch at 12-2 at the church.

A notarized bill of sale is required on title transfers between individuals. A purchase agreement is required if the purchase is from a dealership.
