About the Online Payment Program

Citizens in Scott County now have a branch treasurer's office, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where they can pay property taxes, download forms, and find other helpful information about motor vehicle renewals, driver’s license renewals and property tax payments as well as communicate directly with the treasurer's office by email.

County Treasurer Bill Fennelly invites all Scott County citizens to visit the new office from your home or office at this website and link to online property tax payments a site developed by the Iowa State County Treasurers Association (ISCTA).

ISCTA has partnered with GovTech Services to bring Iowa citizens this exciting, innovative e-commerce website. County Treasurer Bill Fennelly, serving as Scott County Treasurer since 1995, has been instrumental in working with ISCTA to bring these services to Scott County citizens.


The Iowa State County Treasurers Association (ISCTA) is an affiliate of the Iowa State Association of Counties. All county treasurers belong to this affiliate. ISCTA regularly meets to provide continuing education, legislative resources, and professional peer support for Iowa county treasurers. ISCTA is a strong advocate and voice for county government providing cost effective, efficient services to local citizens.
