	Welcome to Scott County Park.

Scott County Park, with 1280 acres, is the largest in Scott County. Located nine miles north of Davenport off U.S. Highway 61, the park has twelve picnic areas and shelters with tables, grills and/or fireplaces accessible. It offers two baseball fields, playground equipment, a radio-controlled airplane site, nature trails, an equestrian area and four unique camping areas. Modern restrooms and showers are available. An olympic size swimming pool located near the Indian Hills Shelter has lifeguards and offers summer swimming lessons. Winter sports include sledding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing are held at the Whispering Pines Shelter each year.

The entrance to Scott County Park is located on 270th Street. Access to the Equestrian area is one half mile east of the park entrance on 270th Street. A Scott County Recycling Station is located in the equestrian area parking lot.

There is no entrance fee. The North access is open for two way traffic for your convenience.
