Shelters

The Conservation Board has ten shelters that are available for rental from mid-April to mid-October. [ Rates Page ]

Shelter Reservations & Cleanup Deposits

We accept shelter reservations up to a year in advance and shelters for the summer season are typically booked well ahead of time. Reservations can also be made by using our online reservation system: [ Shelter Reservation System ]

Shelter payments are nonrefundable. On the day of your rental when you check in at the appropriate park office, a refundable cleanup deposit is required (checks only please). You will be furnished cleanup items (trash bags, broom, etc). Horseshoes and volleyball are provided for shelters with these amenities. Once the shelter is checked after your use, and all items are returned, your deposit will be refunded. All groups must be checked-out from the shelters no later than 9:00 PM.
