The Eldridge Branch is the headquarters for the Scott County Library System.
This free after-school club is for 3rd-6th grade girls to explore coding in a fun and friendly environment. Technology provided. Space is limited and registration is required. Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit organization aiming to inspire, educate, and equip girls with computing skills they need in the 21st century. More meetings coming in December! This program was made possible through a grant given by the North Scott Rotary Club.
It's family vs. family! Enjoy popcorn while you test your knowledge on fun topics. Registration required. To register, call 285-4794 and press 0. All ages welcome, but questions best suited for 3rd grade & up.
The Angel Tree will be up starting November 14th until the angels are gone. Gifts benefit North Scott children in need. Unwrapped gifts in a gift bag are to be returned to the Eldridge branch of the Scott County Library System by Saturday, December 7th. There will also be gift card angels available to give to North Scott school nurses. The nurses will use these cards throughout the year as they identify students and families in need.
