Coaching, when done right, is about developing a trusting and respectful relationship so that feedback and support to the employee can be provided consistently and continuously. Coaching is not about micromanaging and monitoring the employee, rather it focuses on helping the employee grow their skills and achieving their goals.

Heather Woody is a Master Certified coach who has a passion with working with people as they pursue their key goals and objectives while building a fulfilling career. She is a high energy speaker and has a strength for connecting people in their working relationships in order to create flow, understanding and best outcomes. She has worked with clients in a variety of sectors including government.
