The investigation has been completed on the death of Robert James Lamb, 29 years old, of LeClaire, Iowa.  The investigation shows alcohol played a role in this incident.  Lamb was riding on top of a Canadian Pacific train and either fell or jumped off the train.  Lamb sustained injuries causing his death and came to rest in a ditch were his body was located.
