Volunteers will have the chance to contribute to one of the largest water quality databases in Iowa to monitor trends in the health of Scott County's watersheds.
We will train volunteers to use lab equipment to test for pH, nitrogen, chloride, and phosphorus, among other parameters.
NEW this summer, volunteers will also record insects and other wildlife living in the watersheds!
No experience required, so come out and be a citizen scientist for a day!
