Please join us for a training opportunity on Productive Conflict led by facilitator Alan Feirer on March 8th from 8:30AM to 12:30PM in the Boardroom. Workplace conflict is one of the most stressful, uncomfortable, and inevitable experiences people face in the workplace. AND our response to conflict is entirely within our control. Participants will complete a DiSC® Assessment, discover what our DiSC® style is, and we will learn about:

• the destructive and productive conflict behaviors of each DiSC® style;
• managing responses to conflict situations;
• communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict with colleagues;
• leveraging conflict and using it in a productive way.

Those who have participated in an Alan Feirer session will know that his trainings are highly energetic and interactive. Mr. Feirer has a Master’s in Education with background as a teacher. He established his company, Group Dynamics, to provide leadership trainings to school districts and now has branched out to a variety of businesses and sectors including government.
