The Quad Cities HEARTSafe Coalition vision is to increase bystander CPR to save more lives, which is accomplished through our mission to empower and increase bystander Hands-Only CPR through education and awareness.

The coalition is a dynamic group of knowledgeable community partners suited to achieve our vision.
