The 2018 Community Health Assessment report, detailing the health of our community, factors that lead to higher health risks or poorer health outcomes of certain groups, and community resources available to improve the health of the community, is now available.  The top health issues identified in 2018 are Mental Health; Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Weight; and Access to Healthcare Services.  This assessment guides the programs and services of the Scott County Health Department and will help the community in creating a health improvement plan, outlining how the community will work together to improve the health of the population.
