Replacement Titles

• Scott County Treasurer may only accept replacement title applications for Scott County Titles. Scott County titles have 82 prefix.
• If a security interest is listed on the vehicle record, the holder of the security interest must apply for the replacement title.
• Application for replacement title signed by the owner or owners if joint ownership.
• Application properly completed must be submitted with $15.00. The application is held five working days and then forwarded to customer.
