Replacement Titles
- Scott County Treasurer may only accept replacement title applications for Scott County Titles. Scott County titles have 82 prefix.
- If a security interest is listed on the vehicle record, the holder of the security interest must apply for the replacement title.
- Application for replacement title signed by the owner or owners if joint ownership.
- Application properly completed must be submitted with $15.00 until January 1, 2009 when the fee increases to $25.00. The application is held five working days and then forwarded to customer.
