About the Online Payment Program
Citizens in Scott County now have a branch treasurer's office, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where they can pay property taxes, download forms, and find other helpful information about motor vehicle renewals, driver’s license renewals and property tax payments as well as communicate directly with the treasurer's office by email. County Treasurer Bill Fennelly invites all Scott County citizens to visit the new office from your home or office at this website and link to on-line property tax payments a site developed by the Iowa State County Treasurers Association (ISCTA).

Taxpayers in Scott County may pay their current taxes online with a Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card The first half taxes are due no later than September 30. Partial payments can be made online any time before taxes become delinquent October 1 for the first half and April 1 for the second half. A service fee of $1.50 plus about 2.5% of the property tax transaction shall be collected with the use of credit cards. The service delivery fee for a credit card when renewing your registration online is $5.50 per transaction.
