Claim for Refund

• Return the license plates and current registration receipt
• Indicate the date of sale, purchaser's name and address, and vehicle owner(s) signature on the back of the current registration.
• The vehicle owner(s) must sign the claim for refund.
• The claim for refund is forwarded to the Department of Transportation by the Treasurer.
• A refund of less than $10.00 will not be granted.
