Scott County Triad
9-1-1
Senior Cell Phone Program
Cell phones are available in the Scott County Sheriff’s Office to be used in emergency situations. Due to the success of the program and the overwhelming generosity of our community, the program will be an on-going project for Triad S.A.L.T. (Seniors and Law enforcement Together).
The Scott County Sheriff's Office is located in the lower level of the Scott County Courthouse at 416 W. 4th Street, Davenport, Iowa. For more information, please call (563) 326-8217.
- To receive a free 9-1-1 cell phone, you may stop down to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.
- Donations of cell phones can be made at the same address. Please include phone, charger, accessories, and instruction booklet if available.
As a general note, any powered cell phone, whether in service or not, will dial and connect to 9-1-1. No re-programming is necessary.
Sheriff Dennis Conard would like to thank all those individuals and groups who have donated their cell phones to this program. “Without the donations and cooperation from our community, this program would not have been possible. The outpouring of donations speaks very highly of our community’s generosity.”
