Kitchen Vocational Program
Inmate kitchen workers can choose to participate in the Food Service Manager/Sanitation course. Participants follow an individualized computer-training program that allows them to obtain continuing education hours through Scott Community College. Upon completion of the program and testing requirements, participants receive a National Food Service Manager certificate. Inmates can use the certification for means of employment upon release.
