Option #1. Start from scratch
- Choose jurisdiction and class of property. (County (residential and commercial), City residential, or City Commercial)
- Check the boxes of the categories needed and enter the ranges for the criteria.
- Click Search to view results.
- NOTE: You can use more criteria to narrow search and less criteria to broaden search.
Option #2. - Use subject property
- Search for your subject property from the parcel query page.
- Address
- Parcel
- Owner Last Name
- While viewing your subject property on-line, click the Comparables Search link at the top of the property page.
- You can use the default criteria or you can add/remove categories and modify the criteria.
- Click Search to view results.
- NOTE: You can use more criteria to narrow search and less criteria to broaden search.
