Free visitor parking is available in the front of the building.
Anyone from the Quad Cities Area is welcome to call or stop by. The Scott County Recorder's Office can process passports for any U.S. citizen with the proper identification.
- U.S. 61 from the North
• Follow U.S. 61 South to downtown Davenport.
• Turn right on 4th Street.
• Turn right on Western Avenue.
• Turn left into Administrative Center parking lot. - U.S. 61 from the West
• Follow U.S. 61 North into downtown Davenport where it is also known as River Drive.
• Turn left on Ripley Street.
• Two blocks, turn right on Western Ave.
• Turn left into Administrative Center parking lot. - U.S. 67 from the South
• Follow U.S. 67 North, crossing the Centennial Bridge into Davenport where it becomes Gaines Street.
• Continue on Gaines Street through three intersections.
• After 4th Street, turn right into Administrative Center parking lot. - U.S 67 from the East
• Follow U.S. 67 South into Downtown Davenport where it is also known as River Drive.
• Just before the Quad City Times building, turn right on 4th Street.
• Continue on 4th Street for many blocks.
• Turn right on Western Avenue.
• Turn left into Administrative Center parking lot. - I-74 from the South
• Cross the I-74 Bridge, exit U.S. 67 South and continue with directions "U.S. 67 from the East".
