Employee Benefit: Tuition Reimbursement
To encourage employees to seek additional college-level training that is related to their work, the County will reimburse seventy five percent of the cost for tuition, books and laboratory fees up to a maximum reimbursement of $1,200 per year, subject to conditions outlined in the Employee Development and Training policy.
