Childhood Immunization Schedule

Vaccinating your children according to the recommended schedule is an important step in protecting your child's health. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has developed a tool which allows parents and/or caregivers to put in the birth date of their child and a recommended schedule with specific dates for the child entered will be generated.
