Mass Gatherings Program
What types of services are offered through the Scott County Health Department Mass Gatherings Program?
The Mass Gatherings Program:
- Reviews proposals submitted by promoters
for events (currently only those in the city of Davenport
- Rock concerts
- Festivals (gatherings attended by more that 1,000 people for more than four but less than twelve hours)
- Provides guidelines regarding:
- Water
- Restrooms
- Medical facilities,
- Waste Disposal
When do mass gathering proposals need
to be submitted to the
Health Department?
Mass gathering proposals must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
