Scott County Bid Notification - Add a Vendor
Scott County invites you to add your business organization to our bid notification system.
Since county policy encourages the use of local vendors, those companies whose business operates outside the immediate area will be considered only in the event that a local satisfactory vendor cannot be obtained or that additional competitive bids are required.
By completing and submitting this form, you will be notified by email when Scott County goes out to bid on an item matching your interest. Please fill out the form completely to be considered. We will be asking you to update your information on a yearly basis.
Please place the Scott County Purchasing Division on your distribution list for product catalogs. Scott County seeks competitive bid prices upon receipt of departmental requests, and uses an authorized purchase order for county purchases.

- When you start the application process...

- If you are a new registrant, Confirm your email address, then
- Select delivery preference (recommend send update immediately option) and
- Create optional password (recommended).
- Click "Save" to continue.
- From the vendor list, select items for which you would like to receive notices when bid opportunities are available. Click "Save" to continue.
- On the Questions page, it is important to complete contact information as fully as possible. Click "Save" to end.
- When done, you will return to the purchasing page.
