Building Maintenance
FSS has a multi-disciplinary team of maintenance technicians. That Maintenance Team provides full building maintenance services for all FSS managed properties and buildings.
Maintenance services include:
- Preventive/predictive maintenance,
- Building repairs,
- HVAC system temperature control and repair,
- Electrical repair,
- Warehousing,
- Lawn care and grounds maintenance,
- Lighting management and repair,
- Furniture repair and moving,
- Small renovation projects,
- Security systems installation and repair,
- Snow removal, and
- Troubleshooting.
The Maintenance Team is especially proud of the work they have done on the moves of several offices including the jail and their ability to maintain and repair a multitude of diverse and increasingly complex building systems and equipment.
