Scott County Facility and Support Services Department manages all county owned properties except those under the Conservation Board (Parks) and the Secondary Roads maintenance facilities.
Facilities managed by FSS include:
- Scott County Courthouse
- Administrative Center
- Annex Building
- Scott County Jail
- Tremont Sub-station
- Pine Knoll Residential Facility
- Horst Building
Scott County FSS provides construction project management for any construction projects related to the above listed buildings and any new buildings added to the portfolio of properties.
In recent years construction projects under FSS management and leadership have included the $29.7 million Jail Renovation and Expansion, floor by floor renovation of the County Administrative Center, Expansion of the Juvenile Detention Center (in the Annex Building) and the creation of new office spaces for the County Attorney’s Office in the Courthouse.
