Free Training Provided by Iowa DNR and Hosted by Clinton County EMA and the Joint Law Enforcement Training Group.  The seated battery was developed by NASBLA (National Association of State Boating Law Administrators).  The process they used in developing the tests was very similar to the process used for the "standing" battery.  However, the seated battery studies were done to a higher level of scientific scrutiny, therefore making the tests very good.
