Village Fall Festival
Sunday & Monday. September 6th and 7th.
11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Enjoy a fall harvest in pioneer village. Period dressed "friends" of the village demonstrate crafts of the old days and also sell their wares. Some demonstrators include blacksmithing, pottery, quilting, soap making, basketweaving, spinning, weaving plus more!
Other activities include:
- Kickapoo Indian Dancer
- Wapsi Wrangler Shoot-Outs
- Volunteers Re-enacting Pioneer Life
- D&J's Petting Zoo & Pony Rides
- Old Fashioned Kids Games & Crafts
- Lots of food including Kettle Corn!
- Walnut Grove Soda Fountain Shop open serving ice cream cones
- Bison Saloon open serving old fashioned sodas
- Wagon Rides (weather permitting) 1:00-3:00 both days
