Walnut Grove Pioneer Village : Garage
This area was set aside for a garage because as things progressed, the automobile took the place of horses. Therefore the Blacksmith had to expand into selling autos and gasoline and all the other items related to automobiles.
For instance, in Long Grove, Al Klindt sold Chevrolets, Chris Madden sold Oldsmobile's, and Henry Meier sold Reo's and Overland autos.
The Blacksmith kept on repairing many farm items, but eventually had to close the shop due to enhanced modern farm methods and farm equipment.
